ORDERS

1. The online shop is conducting the sale of the goods via the network Internet.

2. Orders are being accepted with road e-mail:   Hyperlink "mailto: zamowienia@hefajstos. pl"   zamowienia@hefajstos. pl  , or on the phone 697 - 699 - 131.
3. He is a basic criterion of fulfilling an order   Hyperlink "http://www.hefajstos.pl/index.php?action=contact"   filling in a form   with the full name or the business name and a place of living and the phone.
4. Ordering data are essential to confirm placing an order by the shop.

5. The Hefajstos shop guarantees  that  received personal details from customers will be used only to purposes of the completion of an order.

   Right after placing an order the customer receives with e-mail piece of news that the order got through to the shop.

   Accepting the commission for the realization is starting after receiving 30 % advance payments of value of the entire order or for paying the lump sum of value of the order in to the account of the shop Hefajstos. In the case of paying in 30 % advance payments, the remaining amount i.e. 70 % value of the order you have to pay up to 5 days before the set date of delivery .

6. After placing an order and transferring money to the account of the shop and for making a note the customer will receive the established payment in sequence 7 of working days of confirming placing an order and making payments with letter recommended to the given address.

7. After the payment of the advance payment an issued partial invoice for the amount of the advance will stay.  After completing all ordered goods by the customer and preparing them for the shipment a final invoice for the amount will be issued of difference between the selling price and the payed advance payment.

8. The advance payment isn't bound if the order is not more than 2000 pln. then one should pay the lump sum in.

9. The customer can cancel the placed order in one piece in sequence of 10  days sending the information to the address: zamowienia@hefajstos.pl

10. The waiting time to fence spans, gates and balustrades is up to 45 days.

11. The waiting time to the haberdashery and fire irons is up to 14 days.

12. In the case of the purchase of AUTOMATION or accessories connected with it the advance payment isn't valid.

DELIVERY

1. The delivery of products makes the shop Hefajstos.
2. The customer is covering transport costs to the place of the assembly
3. A cost of one kilometre is 1.30 pln netto.
4. The customer is paying the distance from Zamość to the place of delivery.
5. The customer has the right for personal getting back purchased goods, however in such a situation the Hefajstos won't carry the shop responsibilities for the quality of the delivery.

6. The customer will set the date of the receipt of products with the online shop Hefajstos writing to the address: zamowienia@hefajstos.pl or calling the No. of the phone:       601-239-195

SAMPLES

1. The customer before placing an order or while making an order can order the sample of goods which he is going to buy.
2. The sample is subjected to a bail in height of 300  pln and it is being delivered with courier to the shown place by the customer and to his cost.
3. A time of delivering the sample for the customer is 7 days from the moment of entering the payment
4. The customer can (but doesn’t have to) return the sample to the shop.
5. In the case of the return of the sample the bail is staying returned to the customer to the bank account given by him or with postal order.
6. If in sequence of 30  days from the moment of delivering the samples, the customer won't return it to the shop then the bail is treated as the payment for the sample and a F-VAT is written out. 

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS OF INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENT

1. The customer is proposing with mail post to the address: zamowienia@hefajstos.pl or telephone 697 - 699 - 131 desire for the individual measurement with purpose of making the product.

2. Individual orders are being completed on the area of the entire country.
3. The cost of the journey and the evaluation will be agreed individually with every customer.
4. The price for realising the individual orders  and the date of the completion of an order will be confirmed with agreement concluded between the customer and shopkeepers Hefajstos.
5. The  contract will be sent by a courier to the customer, next in the participation of the courier the customer after making himself acquainted with the agreement is writing his name on it as well as he is giving back to the courier (1 copy).
6. The customer has the right to withdraw from an agreement in sequence of 10  days from  signing it.
7. The order is staying realized immediately after receiving a down payment of amount 30 % to the shown account of the shop Hefajstos, the customer will pay in the rest of the amount i.e. 70 % value of the order to the account of the shop Hefajstos at the latest 5 days of the date of delivery before the set data and the assembly.

8. The completion date of the individual order is up to 90 working days. The accurate date of the delivery and the assembly will be stated in the agreement concluded by both sides.

9. The customer in the day of the assembly after making the earlier examination is signing     the declaration that he received the product not arousing reservations in the state and isn’t making any complaints to the Shop Hefajstos, unless the appearance of the product arouses his doubts as for the quality of the workmanship then won't sign such a declaration.  In such a case a kind of a complaint-document is prepared by the representative of the shop Hefajstos in which he will detail the defects or damaged elements.
10. Damaged elements will be repaired to the cost of the shop Hefajstos.  The shop will make every effort to the purpose of making the agreement concluded with the customer. 

PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

1. All prices are being given in Polish zlotys and they are gross prices.  The given price OF every goods is binding in the moment of placing an order by the customer.  The shop is reserving the right for the change of prices of goods being in stock, introducing the novelties into the offer of the online shop, carrying out and revoking the  promotions on sides of the shop or introducing changes in them.

CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

1. The customer before the passage of 5  years from the moment of the purchase can complain to the shop Hefajstos to the address: reklamacje@hefajstos.pl, when will state:

- rust.

- appearing  bubbles as a result of a bad lie of paint.

2. The Hefajstos shop is obliged  in the sequence of 14  days from the moment of complaining, to examine it making the examination of advertised goods and in writing to give one's opinion in the matter of the customer complaint.
3. The Hefajstos shop won't carry  responsibilities for the damages  ensuing from  using the product in the wrong way. 

GUARANTEE

1. The Hefajstos shop is giving  5 years (five years) of guarantee on products galvanized from the moment of the purchase and will confirm it with warranty card.
2. In the case of unsettled matters regulations of a civil code are applicable.

ATTENTION

 In the concern of safety of our customers  we are informing our Honourable customers that rough endings (caves of spans, gates and gates)  can cause a danger of injuries.
 According to the building code being in effect in Poland all rough endings must be put at height of 180  cm from the base of the groundwork.

 For not accommodating himself to the law being in effect by the customer the Hefajstos shop will  not carry the  responsibilities - the customer incures the risks.
